Sports facilities
The Louis II Stadium offers a range of major sports facilities within its sports complex.
Multi-purpose stadium
This stadium has 17,715 seats. It has 340 floodlights, some dedicated solely to athletics lighting, others to football, and 169 floodlights shared by both disciplines.
Sports hall
The primary purpose of the sports hall known as ‘Salle Gaston Médecin’ is ball games.
Water sports centre
The aquatic centre consists of three pools: the Olympic pool, the beginners' pool and the diving pool.
Espace Saint Antoine
The creation of the Espace Saint Antoine (ESA) building, comprising sports halls, commercial premises and car parks, located on French territory, is part of a project aimed at opening up the Fontvieille district by creating a road linking it directly to the municipality of Cap d'Ail on the Basse Corniche.
Other facilities
In addition to the main facilities, which include the multi-purpose stadium, the Salle Gaston Médecin and the Nautical Centre, the Louis II Stadium also has numerous specialised rooms that can be used for more than thirty different sports activities.
