Espace Saint Antoine
The creation of the Espace Saint Antoine (ESA) building, comprising sports halls, commercial premises and car parks, located on French territory, is part of a project aimed at opening up the Fontvieille district by creating a road linking it directly to the municipality of Cap d'Ail on the Basse Corniche.
Key completion dates
- 2009: Work begins..
- 06 March 2013: The Louis II Stadium Management is entrusted with the management of the building; delivery of the multi-sports hall.
- 03 October 2014: Official inauguration of the Prince Rainier III boules court in the presence of H.S.H. Prince Albert II.
- 2015: Delivery of the climbing hall.
- 2016: Delivery of the physical expression and combat sports halls.
- 2019: ASM Omnisports clubhouse and commercial offices.

The Espace Saint Antoine includes:
- The sports complex with specialised facilities
- The Prince Rainier III boules court
- A restaurant
- Commercial offices
- Three car parks, one for light vehicles and two for trucks

Sports facilities
The Principality is enriched by opportunities for students from schools in Monaco, Cap d'Ail and Monegasque sports associations to participate in sports.
Several sports activities can be practised at the Espace Saint Antoine:
- Multi-sports hall: handball, basketball, badminton, futsal, etc.
- Body expression hall: dance, yoga, etc.
- Combat sports hall: wrestling, aikido, etc.
- Indoor climbing hall with routes that can be adapted and modified according to ability level
- Boules court with 39 pitches
Building management
This building has been under the responsibility of the Director of the Stade Louis II since 2013.
The Stadium Management is composed as follows:
- an administrative team of 13 people
- a technical team of 7 staff dedicated to the building, with the possibility of support from the Louis II Stadium team
